Subconscious Manifestations

Anything anyone has ever wanted originated from a desire. Think about when you’ve taken a vacation: it began with just a thought. You think it, then you research, you make plans, you prepare, you take action…and sooner than you realize - boom, you’re on a vacation.

Our subconscious minds are like sponges and readily available to be called upon whenever we are aware enough to work with it. We can actually use our subconscious to manifest our dream reality. Simply tell yourself that something is going to happen or that you are going to do something - know without a doubt in your being that it is going to happen - and watch as it unfolds for you.

How it works:

  • First things first, you need to get VERY clear on what you want to create for yourself. Then focus focus focus on it! Create a vision board, write it down on paper and carry it with you - place it on your altar or your nightstand, your car dash, anything available - to keep it as a constant reminder to yourself. These repetitive affirmations, chants, or phrases (silent or verbal) are used to convince your subconscious mind of what you want.

  • Visualize what you want for yourself, constantly affirm it, see yourself doing the things you visualize and it will all work out. The subconscious likes to express itself, and will act on anything it’s called on to do.

  • Imagine you are planting the seed (pure, unobstructed thought), then give it water/sunshine - nurture it’s growth (affirmative thought) and watch it take over, overcoming any obstacles.

  • Concentrate your mind on what you want first thing in the morning and last thing in the evening. The more you visualize it, the speedier the materialization. Keep telling yourself it is going to happen, believe it without a doubt in your mind, and it will materialize in your life. You can use affirmative thoughts and phrases for all aspects in your life: for example, if you are unhappy, repeat to yourself over and over again (20-30x), “I am happy” and notice what happens.

  • Again, just know what you want - you don’t necessarily need to know how to get there, because the subconscious mind has a way of opening doors that you would never think of. You will find that ideas come at unexpected times (maybe in the middle of the night, right when you wake up, or throughout your day), or you’ll receive assistance from external sources. It could be a hunch to call someone, to go somewhere specific or do something different. Just be open to what comes up and make sure to run with whatever comes your way!

  • The subconscious mind is limitless, it has unlimited resources available to you, always. The more you call on it, the more resources you will have placed at your disposal. You just have to believe in it’s power.

  • Know that there’s no limit for you, you can achieve whatever you set out to do - that is really all there is to it.

To be wary of:

  • The subconscious mind is wildly receptive: both positively and negatively. Keep your plans and your desires close to your chest. Other people’s thought vibrations can affect your own - whether that’s negativity, jealousy, doubt, or anything else that doesn’t serve you and your purpose.

  • The stronger and more urgent the desire, the sooner it comes. Shut off any distracting or damaging thoughts, any fears or doubt you could have about your desire - this could penetrate into your subconscious and deter you from reaching your goal.

  • What we focus our thoughts on is what we will attract for ourselves. What returns to us is a reflection of what we project mentally. Notice how when you send out friendly thoughts, people reciprocate that kindness right back to you.

  • The vibrations of others affect us more than we realize. We often take on the characteristics of those we are associated closely with. Our emotional vibrations not only affect us, but others as well & the same is true in reverse.

  • Make sure to follow your own thoughts rather than someone else’s - don’t give your freedom away to someone else. Utilize your own creative ability or you will find yourself following someone else’s.

  • The limiting factor about maximizing your potential through the subconscious mind is DOUBT, not observing signs/messages sent to you, and not taking sufficient action behind your belief. You must follow through with actions on your belief - the work will not get done for you.

  • Be mindful to be unwavering in your beliefs - suggestive influences can weaken your resolve and slip into your subconscious mind.
