Preparation for Session

  • Set an intention for your session

  • Give yourself plenty of time to arrive on time so that you aren’t rushed or stressed

  • Wear loose, comfortable clothing

  • Hydrate beforehand and eat a light meal

  • Communicate your needs, ask any questions you may have, & trust the process!

Integration after Session

  • Hydrate to flush out toxins and support energetic flow. Adding lemon or herbal teas can be soothing and healing.

  • Move very slowly - avoid over scheduling or engaging in any intense activities after your session.

  • Give yourself plenty of space to feel whatever arises as energetic shifts may continue.

  • Reflect on your experience through journaling and meditation to help integrate insights. Observe any changes in your emotions, thoughts, or physical body

  • Avoid heavy media like news, social media, and over stimulating TV.

  • Revisit your intention you set prior to your session and notice how it feels now.

  • If you feel called, book another session or explore yoga, breath work, affirmations or meditations to deepen your healing.

Frequency

  • If you’re working through emotional trauma, chronic physical issues or deep energetic blockages, sessions every 1-2 weeks can help provide consistent support.

  • Monthly sessions will help maintain energetic balance and support overall well-being.

  • If you’re navigating significant life changes (grief, career or relationship transitions, spiritual awakenings, etc.), you may feel called to schedule more frequent sessions temporarily.

  • Regular but less frequent sessions (6-8 weeks) are great for staying aligned, supporting spiritual growth, and preventing energetic stagnation.
