Preparation for Session
Clean and declutter the home to create a clear space and prepare the environment for energetic work
Set your intentions on what you hope to achieve from this blessing
Minimize distractions by informing everyone in the space of the session
Choose whether you (and others) want to participate, or if you would prefer to leave the cleansing to the practitioner. If you choose to participate, be present and open to the ritual
Prepare the space by turning off all electronics & open the windows and blinds
If there are any items that you would like blessed as well, place them in the kitchen where we will begin the ceremony
Integration after Session
Leave the windows open & the candles that we’ve lit burning until completely gone
Take time to notice how the space feels and journal any insights or changes. Acknowledge the shifts in energy, mood, or dynamics within the space.
Keep the space clean and decluttered to prevent buildup of stagnant energy
Periodically use tools like smudge sticks, incense, or sound bowls to sustain the energetic balance
Place crystals, plants, or other sacred objects in key areas to maintain high vibrations
Frequency
Quarterly maintenance is recommended for individuals highly sensitive to energy or those with high-traffic spaces
Annual maintenance to refresh the home’s energy and reaffirm intentions for the space
As needed for: moving into a new home or office space, after major life changes, following negative events, or seasonal shifts
Those with frequent guests, stressful environments, or past energetic imprints may benefit from more frequent blessings
